I should start out by explaining why I am no longer using my old blog. I have been using Blogger for several years, and I find it to be a very good service for blogging. The reason I am changing to WordPress is because WordPress offers several options that Blogger does not. For example WordPress offers blog statistics allowing me to see how many people are actually reading my blog. I also like the option to eaisily insert polls into my blog posts. My Brother in Law Matt has been using this feature for some time in his blog posts, and I have enjoyed the feature and want to use it in my blog posts.  These are only two reasons I am switching to WordPress and leaving Blogger behind.  I plan on leaving my old blog up, but I don’t intend to post on it from now on.
