Recently I was told I have started focusing on too many negative thoughts. It was suggested that I find a way to express gratitude for my life, and the blessings around me by writing down 5 things I am grateful for each day. As part of my 2014 goals I have decided to really throw myself into this, and spend a year really searching and looking for things to be grateful for. Today I start this journey out with this video. I think its a wonderful way to begin the new year and my new goals!
